MENU

At Lumiere Restaurant, the Lunch and Dinner Menu ranges from one-bite tastes to substantial composed dishes, each meant to complement the next. The ultimate result is an integrated and engaging sequence of tastes, textures, and aromas. Executive Chef Matthew Vassallo creates food that captures a sense of wonder.
